Each week, for £4, they choose 10 or more fresh, frozen or pantry items (with an average value of between £15 and £20), saving them money, preventing food waste and providing affordable healthy foods.

Dame Vera Lynn Children’s Charity helps pre-school children across the South East who have cerebral palsy and other motor learning impairments. Children with cerebral palsy often struggle to learn fundamental skills and face extra challenges because of their disabilities. Our services include conductive education sessions, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, music therapy and family outreach home play sessions.

Kangaroos was founded 29 years ago by a group of local parents, who wanted more recreational activities for their children with learning disabilities. Since then, Kangaroos has expanded to support over 300 families across Mid Sussex. We offer support for children, teenagers and adults, and do not have an upper age limit for accessing our services.
