| 21 February 8:00am until 11:00am Brighton i360, Lower Kings Road £35.00 Rockinghorse Children’s Charity and Flexibility Matters are hosting a Wellbeing in the Workplace event in Brighton on the 21 February 2024 with gold-medallist Sally Gunnell OBE. Presented by Rockinghorse and Flexibility Matters, this event, with panellists S4DW, Elekta, Float Spa, Stratus Coaching, and Acumen Business Law, and table discussions hosted by Myla Health, Little Jasmine Therapies and Spa and The Agora Clinic, will include a panel event with experts talking about different facets of wellbeing in the workplace from HR, law, staff engagement, psychology and CSR. This is a great event for anyone with an interest in, or with responsibility for the wellbeing of their staff team and attendees will have the opportunity to ‘ask the expert’ various aspects of the impact of wellbeing in the workplace.  This Wellbeing in the Workplace event will: Explore the links between work, health and wellbeing. Learn more about the role of stakeholders in adopting an organisational approach to employee wellbeing. Understand how fostering employee wellbeing is good for people and organisations. Learn about how promoting wellbeing can help prevent stress and create positive working environments where individuals and organisations can thrive. Learn about how good health and wellbeing can be a core enabler of employee engagement, as well as individual and organisational performance. Timings: 8.00am – Networking (tea and coffee) 9.00am – Keynote speech by Gold Medallist, Sally Gunnell 10.00am – Panel discussion on Wellbeing in the Workplace 10.45am – Tea and coffee 11.00am – ‘Ask the Expert’ table discussions. All proceeds from this event will come straight to Rockinghorse Children’s Charity. |
