Panattoni Park in Burgess Hill offers a range of speculatively built units from 8,136 to 142,815 sq ft. The Park already has DPD and Roche as tenants, Panattoni have submitted planning to deliver the rest of the park on a speculative basis targeting delivery of the units in Q4 2023. The park provides a local reach with 1.1million consumers accessible within a 45-minute drive time and a national impact by reaching 32.1million people within a single HGV journey.
Tenants will also benefit from enhanced ESG credentials with a minimum BREEAM target of “Very Good”. Additionally, the unit’s base specification includes EV charging points, cycle parking storage and 15% roof lights.
