I spent 25 years at one of the Big 4 Consulting Firms, where I advised clients on a wide range of culture, capability and leadership issues. Combined with my journey of building a career in a complex organisation and a coaching methodology that leads to genuine “aha” moments, I am ideally placed to get results that last. My clients are experienced leaders who are performing well but want to get even better – either through gaining more confidence to nail a promotion, feel at home in a new role, or find a career path that better suits their strengths and interests.
