I was originally an electronics engineer, with a brief interlude in teaching, I then moved into L&D which led to a Masters in Organisational Development and the award of Accredited Executive Coach.
I have held senior management roles in a wide range of industries which provides a solid foundation for my coaching of people in similar roles.
For over 10 years my Executive Coaching has allowed me to use my knowledge of group dynamics and personal behaviours to help support managers and leaders.
I am based in Seaford.
