Robert then founded Management Inspirations Limited in 2004 covering business consultancy (including business growth & development, planning, strategy, forecasting and profitability), recruitment (under the brand P&C Recruitment, focusing on small and medium sized businesses, including chairing in-house interviews) and business transfer agency (now its main area of business).
