BHBiz Awards

10th May 2019

The BHBiz Awards started in 2017 and runs every 2 years, alternating with the Burgess Hill Means Business exhibition in May. For the inaugural BHBiz Awards ceremony in 2017 more than 300 people from the Mid Sussex business community came together to celebrate corporate success and to salute companies that create great places to work and the many fantastic people in them.

These Awards are different from many you may have entered or attended before in that they focus on what really makes an organisation tick – its people and its values, especially their contribution to the wider community in which they operate.

Our special Awards Night will be a glittering evening of laughter (possibly a few tears) and exceptional networking. It will include a Ridgeview drinks reception, red carpet arrival, three-course dinner with coffee, complimentary on-site parking, professional MC, guest speaker and the presentation of the 14 BHBiz Awards. It’s a night that’s bound to be talked about and certainly not to be missed!

Testimonials

"“Sutton Winson have been members of the BHBPA for around 7 years. We have found it a great way to keep in touch with Burgess Hill businesses and to meet with likeminded people. It’s not just another “networking” group, as it tackles the real issues and gets things done”"

Bruce Millington, Manager
(Sutton Winson Ltd)

"The BHBPA is an energetic and vocal organisation that connects and empowers and informs the local business community acting as an effective conduit to local authority and other organisations. We are proud to be part of that community and the association."

Nick Broom, Managing Director
(PVL UK Ltd)

"“We have been members of BHBPA from its inception, and seen the organisation steadily grow and expand into the dynamic entity it is today, bringing positive benefits to all its members.""

Peter Hook, Manager
(Computer Systems Engineers)

"The BHBPA is the most effective and dynamic business organisation I have ever worked with in over 30 years in Local Government. It has a very active and large membership whose points of view are taken seriously by all government structures. Peter Liddell does an excellent job in providing unique and enjoyable networking opportunities where members interact and discuss points of mutual interest. It provides a forum for businesses to discuss common issues, to share experiences and to play a powerful and meaningful role in the Burgess Hill community. The BHBPA provides important and credible support for all its members and ensures that their best interests are represented where necessary. "

Steve Cridland, CEO
(Burgess Hill Town Council)
