We would like to invite you to come along to our free Health & Wellbeing network meeting next month.
The Health and Wellbeing network meets every quarter to talk about specific health related topics and service options in Mid Sussex. For example we have hosted networks on mental health provision, Weight management services and Housing services. The network is a group of around 200 members from different statutory and voluntary services involved in health and usually we have 40 -60 members turn out for our network meetings
We will be focusing on social activities that are available to younger people and adults in the community and how to access to them.
