| Future proof your business Degree apprenticeships are a great way to fill skills gaps by taking on a new apprentice or upskilling your current staff. The apprentice benefits from staying in work and not incurring debt, they typically attend university one day a week and the rest of the week is spent in work. They apply their learning in the workplace and gain a funded qualification. If you pay the apprenticeship levy, 100% of your training cost will be covered. Smaller companies that don’t pay the levy will still be able to access at least 95% of the training cost or get a levy transfer. |
