Welcome New Member – Inkpots Mentoring

Supporting young people

I’m Gill Pawley, the founder of Inkpots Mentoring, based in Burgess Hill, where we support young people – particularly those who are quieter, more introverted or facing challenges in school or at home. My focus is on helping them grow in confidence, develop resilience and build a strong sense of self-worth, so they can face the future with hope and purpose.

Gill Pawley

I’ve worked with hundreds of students across Mid Sussex through schools and youth organisations, offering one-to-one mentoring, small group support and confidence-building programmes. At the heart of my work is the belief that every young person deserves to be heard, valued and supported as they find their voice.

As part of the BHBPA community, I’m keen to connect with other local businesses who may be interested in getting involved. I’m currently building a bursary fund to enable more young people – especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds – to access support they might not otherwise afford.
I’d love to talk to any members who may be interested in sponsoring a student or partnering on community engagement projects.

If your organisation values wellbeing, future talent or social impact, I’d be delighted to explore how we can work together.

Please feel free to get in touch – I’m always happy to chat over coffee!Gill
