A short presentation introducing an organisation’s legal obligations and the considerations they need to take into account when making redundancies or restructuring a workforce. Our Second Presentation Restructuring your Business Delivered by David Conlan, Galloways Accounting David leads Galloways’ Tax Advisory team. He has been with Galloways since day one, and with the predecessor firm, for a number of years before that. His sweet spot is tax efficient restructuring of businesses, mergers, acquisitions, de-mergers, reconstructions and succession planning to ensure that tax efficiencies are maximised and tax leakage is minimised, whilst always adhering to the highest standards of compliance with current practice. He easily and clearly communicates complex ideas as well as manages and implements complex projects. He is ably assisted by his team of three.
