| A fabulous late breakfast buffet at Keymer Hall on Wednesday Some very personable staff served us with a great variety of bagels and pastries. I was particularly taken with the Chocolate Guinness Mousse celebrating the recent St Patrick’s Day. The facility opened its doors a few months ago and it’s first residents are now all very settled in. We were given a tour of the spaces and we all came away with how much effort is made to make everyone’s stay at Keymer Hall an engaged and interesting one. The wellness team go to great efforts, I noticed some play passports being readied for a travelogue type game, where the players ‘visit’ different countries and get these passports stamped. The building is light and airy with great views, surrounded by gardens. There is a real connection with the community; for example, the town’s football club has a special ‘Hillians’ room with some team memorabilia. A wide variety of rooms and suites are available, some designed for couples that come with or without shared bedrooms. We’d like to thank Jenna, Gina and Helen and the rest of the team at Keymer Hall for the tour and making us feel very much at home. |

| We typically start these small micro-meet events after the morning school run. This week we had an interesting mix of business attending, a little different from our other events. This mid-morning event usually attracts about 15-20 delegates and there is something to be said for networking with a smaller group. More relaxed conversations ensued among our delegates. I was party to an interesting discussion about possible project collaborations between two companies present. |
