| On Thursday 15th May at 12:00 noon we will be running a free hour-long webinar focusing on how to get the best advice from your occupational health provider when you make an OH referral. The webinar, to be held via Zoom will be presented by experts in their field – Harry Sherrard from Sherrards and Dr Stewart Tomlinson from Medwyn Occupational Health. The webinar will cover the most important aspects of the occupational health referral process including: -How the OH referral process works and how to get the best out of it -Tips on what OH professionals find helpful and unhelpful in referrals -How to work most effectively with your OH provider and the questions you need to ask them -How HR and management should engage with OH and how to manage expectations -The interface between OH advice and management decisions. During the webinar, there will be ample opportunity to ask questions and to become involved in the discussions.
