| Take control of your water utilities, reduce spend and reduce consumption Hello! I’m Robyn Lach, The Water Woman. The Water Woman is a consultancy working with businesses, charities, and non-profit organisations to help them take control of their water utility usage and spend. I support businesses in reducing costs and consumption through water contract options and water auditing services. One of the most important things to me, when speaking with customers, is to help them gain understanding of what they’re using and actually paying for, especially those receiving estimated or complicated billing or not submitting regular meter reads. Sustainability is a big focus for us all, and using less water can also have a positive impact on energy costs. |
![]() Robyn Lach I originally started working in business utilities in 2018 and launched The Water Woman early last year, to assist organisations in finding services to suit their requirements and to help to reduce costs. Attending this week’s webinar, hosted by South East Water, was refreshing as it showed me, some wholesalers are becoming more proactive to support the businesses they serve. I’d love to see further regulation, clarity and support for businesses within the water market moving forward. Some things are improving, although there is a long way to go. |
