Following the article in newsletter last week regarding the new A2300 Developments, I have received a note from the Planning Department at MSDC advising that there were some inaccuracies in that report. This is the note they sent addressing those concerns…
///////////////////
In the most recent issue of the BHBPA newsletter (dated 30 January) an article entitled “Developments on A2300” contained a number of inaccuracies.
It should be noted that, in response to the letter sent from the BHBPA to the Leader of the Council prior to Christmas, Council officers met with Homes England to specifically discuss freehold employment space as part of the Northern Arc development. The Council is particularly conscious of the demand for freehold employment space from local businesses and is working closely with Homes England on this issue now. More information on the employment space will become available as the planning process moves forward over the coming weeks and months. Council officers will look to share this information with the BHBPA and local businesses to keep you sighted on news about future employment space opportunities.
Further information on this topic will come directly from the Council in the future.
