We are a small-batch luxury plant-based patisserie based in Hassocks, West Sussex. We craft indulgent, handmade doughnuts and Levain-style cookies using 100% plant-based ingredients — inclusive by design, uncompromising on quality.

The Friday Drop

Every week we release a limited small-batch drop. A new flavour. A new creation. Available to order from Sunday evening, the Vault closes midnight Wednesday and we deliver within six miles of Hassocks every Friday. No two weeks are exactly the same. That is the ritual.

Our drops sell out. If you want in, you need to be on the list.
