Mud Monsters Run challenges local businesses to compete, connect and build unbeatable team spirit. After starting in 2014, the event has become a much‑loved fixture in the local calendar — a muddy, high‑energy obstacle experience set in the beautiful woodlands of East Grinstead. Every year, it brings together runners, families, charities, sports clubs and corporate teams for a day that blends fun, challenge and community in a way few events can match.

At its heart, Mud Monsters Run is about people. Our 2km, 5km, and 10km courses are designed for all ages and abilities, encouraging teamwork, encouragement and shared accomplishment. Participants climb, crawl, splash and slide their way through a series of creative obstacles, supporting one another every step of the way.
