It’s great to meet you and to get this opportunity to introduce myself. I’m Mark a Travel Counsellor. I’m an independent travel agent and business owner under the umbrella of the Travel Counsellors organisation. I grew up in Burgess Hill and attended Oakmeeds before moving to Hove where I attended college before getting married and raising my two children and we recently became grandparents.

Travel and customer service is my passion. From studying Geography at college and a first trip to Morocco I was hooked on the travel industry. I have lived in the Middle East and worked for a few travel companies with the majority of my corporate experience with Virgin Atlantic before 11 years ago taking the plunge with starting my Travel Counsellors businerss.  I love exploring new places and cultures and have visited Florida, California, New York and New England in the US as well as Australia, the Caribbean, India, Africa and the Middle East, and many other great places in Europe and beyond. I draw on my wealth of travel knowledge built up over more than  30 years in the travel industry and can call upon the knowledge and experience of our local destination representatives in most countries in order to provide you with a tailor-made bespoke holiday that’s right for you.

Your holiday is very personal to you and those travelling with you and my aim is to provide you with a holiday and a service to meet your requirements. I also arrange corporate travel offering travel management services to SME organisations with requirements to travel internationally.
