We are a multi-disciplinary commercial property practise based in East Sussex and with a client base predominantly across the whole of Sussex.  There are three key areas of business:

• Professional Services - this probably relates to most BHBPA members whereby we can provide RICS-qualified support if you are struggling with a Rent Review or Lease Renewal.  We can also undertake market valuations and "red book" valuations can be provided by our parent company, Sussex Surveyors
• Agency - we can help companies either find new space or help them dispose of some or all of their current space
• Management - we manage a wide range of commercial premises from individual shops to small industrial estates and office blocks. This can be anything from rent collection to service charge administration, maintenance, health & safety and other compliance matters and tenant liaison.
