Member Introduction – Ali Perks VA

I’m really pleased to have recently joined the Burgess Hill Business Park Association.

I run Ali Perks VA, providing friendly, reliable virtual assistant support to small business owners. Many people start a business to gain flexibility and independence, but as things grow the admin grows too — emails, appointments, customer queries and paperwork often end up being dealt with in the evenings or at weekends.

That’s where a Virtual Assistant can help.

I support businesses with the everyday tasks that keep things running smoothly but don’t always need the owner’s time. This can include inbox management, diary scheduling, customer communication, general administration, research and light social media support. Some clients need a few regular hours each week, others just occasional help during busy periods.

Working with a VA offers flexibility without the commitment of employing staff — no payroll, holiday pay or long-term contracts — simply support when it’s needed.

My aim is to give business owners back a bit of breathing space, allowing them to focus on running and growing their business rather than being tied up in admin.
