Accolade Financial Planning, based in Burgess Hill, offers individuals and businesses financial advice across investments, retirement planning, inheritance tax and protection.  Having 25 years industry experience we saw what worked (and what didn’t) across the industry, and our goal was simple: take the best bits, leave the rest, and build a more clients focused service.

Our Principal Lisa Baker strongly believes that the true honour as a financial adviser is that our clients entrust us with their stories, their lives, hopes and dreams as well as fears and that, in itself, is a real accolade. It’s this foundation on which the company name was born.

Every person is different and we strongly believe that understanding each of our clients on an individual level allows us to fully understand their needs.

One of the greatest aspects of working with our clients year on year is to see the planning we put in place come to fruition such as retiring early, paying off their mortgage or helping put plans in place to safeguard against Inheritance Tax. Life sometimes doesn’t go as planned and it is a privilege to help our clients navigate the, sometimes unforeseen, changes in their day to day lives, be that by bereavement, divorce or an unexpected change of jobs as well as sharing their successes.

By building trust, understanding and long-lasting relationships it enables us to aim to achieve the best possible financial outcomes for our clients. It gives us an enormous sense of pride to deliver expert and qualified advice on a wide range of financial planning areas.
