| Encouraging improved job outcomes for pupils from local SEN Colleges We provided both LVS Hassocks and Woodlands Meed with free exhibition space. We also had prepared questions to ask all the assembled exhibitors, encouraging these visiting students from various local schools to engage in a meaningful way. ![]() Mady Yazdi, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at LVS Hassocks and colleague |
| “On behalf of LVS Hassocks, I wanted to extend a sincere thank you for inviting us to the BHBPA Expo. Our students had a fantastic time – they visited every stall and had some genuinely insightful conversations with local business owners and council members. There were even some invitations for our students to take part in work experience opportunities, which was a wonderful and unexpected outcome. We also had a great response at our own stall, with many attendees stopping by to chat. It was a valuable opportunity for us to build new connections within the local business community and showcase the great work our students are doing. Thank you again for including us in such a well-organised and inspiring event. We’re already looking forward to the next one.” Mady Yazdi MA (Art Teacher) Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead |
