Boost confidence and develop communication skills: Woodlands Meed As part of our comprehensive and diverse Careers Programme at Woodlands Meed, we strive to fully prepare our students for their futures, whatever their aspirations may be. As always, we are grateful for your support with providing our students a wide range of work related experiences, your input really makes a difference. In the summer term, we aim to deliver an interview skills session to those students who are leaving us at the end of the academic year, to boost their confidence and develop communication skills, ready for life after Woodlands Meed. This year, we want to try something new, and we’d love for you to be a part of it! We are looking for 8 employers to send a representative to Woodlands Meed College for around 90 minutes, to ask our students some interview questions, in a ‘speed dating’ style event. We will provide you with a question about a specific skill we would like them to answer, and ask you to choose an appropriate, realistic and relevant interview question. Would you be available on Wednesday 14th May, 1:30pm – 3:30pm to join us for a fun and interactive event helping to build confidence in our students’ communication with new people from the workplace? |
