Hamsva looking for Offices

As part of the Burgess Hill redevelopment  HAMSVA will have to vacate our office premises in Martlet Heights.  Initially when we took our lease the indication was that this building formed phase 3 of the redevelopment and it was likely we would be able to stay for 2 years, our current understanding is that they are moving the development phases around and we are likely to have to vacate by October 2017.

 

I wondered if you are aware of any premises in Burgess Hill, business parks included, which may be coming available in the next few months.  We are looking for approximately 450/500 square feet, ideally we would like to continue to have an additional room to hire out to the local community and voluntary sector but this would bring our requirements up to 850 square feet the cost of which would probably be out of our reach.

 

Any feedback you are able to provide would be much appreciated, we are in contact with all the local estate agents but very little seems to be available apart from an office in Kings House which we are viewing this afternoon.
