We are looking to replace our current General Manager who has decided to move on.
We are a small company with big ambitions and we want somebody to join us to achieve our ambitions. The ideal candidate will already be employed in the Audio Visual professional Sound and Lighting industry. Good technical knowledge, able to prepare quotations and carry out practical installation work is essential as is the ability to multitask and manage a small team of people.
About 70% of our business is currently installation work for Education, Houses of Worship and Corporate customers. The successful candidate would be expected to carry out a variety of tasks including assisting our busy Hire Department. It is a job that commands flexibility and an understanding that the job must be done on time to specification and that the customer is the most important person.
In offering this position eventual appointment to the Board of Directors will be offered after a provisional period and demonstration of achievement of targets.
