Fast cars help show off smart sales & marketing

Usually it’s the smart sales & marketing that shows off the fast cars!
We’d like to thank Porsche Centre Mid Sussex for hosting another superlative BHBPA event in the glamorous surroundings of their high end showroom.

Another well attended event at the Porsche Centre Mid Sussex

Ryan Birch – Double Media

Jo South – UK Growth Coach

Andy Crabb, Dealer Principal of the Porsche Centre Mid Sussex, showed us some progress photos of the new site now going up on where once stood the Friday Ad building in Hickstead.
Work has now commenced on constructing a new £22 million showroom, across a 4.7 acre site, making this one of the largest Porsche dealerships in the UK. It’s a testament to the dynamic and vibrant business economy we have here in Mid Sussex.

Ryan Birch, MD of digital media agency Double Media explained how his team build awareness for a client, targeting the right audience with clear messaging and positioning. Building trust before the sale is part of this process:
Consistent branding and tone across all marketing channels.
Use social proof: Testimonials and case studies.
Share behind the scenes
Share customer success stories

Jo South of UK Growth Coach then explained how small incremental improvements in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), all the way along your sales pipeline, can deliver surprisingly large improvements in turnover, as they act as multipliers to each other:
Improve how you move lead to prospect
Improve the conversion rate from prospect to client
Increase the average number of orders
Increase the average value of order
