It is also suitable for aspiring managers, those that are seeking progression in the business and wishing to gain valuable knowledge in the principles of team management.

3 Modules – One Course

You will need to select dates from our calendar for all three modules. We recommend you keep these as close to each other as possible. We recommend these modules are done in the correct order, nevertheless they do not have to run strictly in sequence. Therefore, you could skip to Module 3 after completing Module 1, to then complete Module 2 at a slightly later date. We can also run these courses virtually, should we not meet the minimum delegate numbers, to ensure they progress smoothly.

Module 2 – Understand How to Establish an Effective Team

Looking at the benefits of effective working relationships in developing and maintaining the team.

Develop and maintain trust at work.

The role of communication.

Group formation.

Looking at preferred roles and building a team.
