| Purpose, People & Place Our biennial business awards stand out from many others out there for their focus on the people behind every business. The pinnacle award, with respect to people, must surely be the EDI Champion, this year sponsored by Thomas Mansfield Employment Law . The BHBiz24 EDI Champion category was judged by our judge Dr Kul Verma , a Leadership Coach and Equality Diversity & Inclusion Consultant for SMEs and public sector organisations. Further below is just one part of ILG’s award submission. We’ll be sharing more about how they, and others, are moving the dial for greater inclusion. BHBPA has an EDI Working Group that has now met half a dozen times over the last 18 months with focus groups and workshops, facilitated by Dr Kul Verma. Collaboration Sharing best practice offers up many fantastic insights, in-company initiatives and positive outcomes that validate and further our progress on this issue.
