TEN TOP INSPIRING BUSINESS STORIES FOR THE NEW YEAR
Sussex business guru David Mellor is planning to help budding entrepreneurs and business owners make good on their New Year resolutions, as he visits the Koorana Centre in Ardingly next week – 13 January.
The accomplished business mentor, lecturer and author, is giving a talk entitled ‘Ten Top Inspiring Stories’ to help existing and aspiring entrepreneurs build a game plan for 2017 that will deliver results and catapult them towards success.
“Building a business is a tough task,” said David. “Every year, we make New Year’s resolutions that don’t stick – my talk will be about applying common sense and a simple plan which will clarify your goals and set you on the right path for the year ahead. I will be using stories from people I’ve interviewed and worked with and it will be live and unplugged!”
Having spent more than 25 years as a senior executive for two of the world’s biggest banks, David set up his own consultancy in 2001 and is now an Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow at Cass Business School and a Freeman of the Guild of Entrepreneurs. He is also the celebrated author of several books, and has interviewed business pioneers from the private sector, public sector and voluntary sector .
