We naturally agreed to do this and expect that several of the youngsters playing will be club members. It will take place at SJP from 1pm until 5pm.
This is a tremendous opportunity for our club yet we do need to have as much support from parents and members as possible. We will open the bar and kitchen for the sale of hot and cold drinks, snacks etc but will need people to support us. Please if you can help assist on the day so that we can host the best tournament we possibly can. If you can help please confirm directly with Geoff Brailey by emailing him at email@example.com

Membership – Subscriptions are now due and we would like these to be paid before 31st May. These represent great value compared to most other cricket clubs. We do not charge match fees for junior games nor do we charge for winter nets. So we would appreciate it if those still to pay could settle them as soon as possible. Full details are available here.
Sussex Cricket Foundation Appeal – this Sunday 29th May we are taking part in the SCF charity tournament in aid of disability cricket. It is a six aside tournament with the first ‘phase’ to be held at Henfield Cricket Club this Sunday. Dan Yates will be captaining a team. The SCF want to convey that this should hopefully be a big day for players and supporters alike. There will be County Pro’s on the ground to help with a bit of youth coaching (ie bring your kids with their kit), running a raffle, fund raising and generally supporting the event. Henfield’s bar will be open from late morning/lunch time, and there will be a BBQ.
Socials – most of our socials have now been confirmed and an initial list can be found here in the news section. The next social is this Saturday where you can watch the Champions League Final. The bar will be open from 7pm.
