First XI – lost by six wickets to a Pagham side that had started the season strongly. Hill fell from 128-6 to 129 all out despite Kev Ramsay scoring 76 not out. This was nowhere enough and Pagham chased with little difficulty inside 22 overs. Report.

Second XI – lost by just 11 runs away to Ansty on Saturday. Bowling first a balanced attack restricted Ansty to 198-8 from 45 overs. Akeem Ifill took 4-32 and then followed this up with 72 runs as Hill fell just short of their target, all out with 7 balls remaining.
Third XI – lost to Turner’s Hill 1st XI. Paul Elphick top scored with 33 in Hill’s total of 86 all out. Charley and Alec Hepburn took the only two wickets to fall as Turner’s Hill won by 8 wickets. Report.

Fourth XI – sadly availability took its toll on us this week and the Fourth XI were the victims as we were forced to concede our fixture against Ardingly.

Ladies XI – beat Hurstpierpoint by 5 runs in a close encounter at SJP. Batting first Hill scored 102-5 thanks to 31 for Charley Hepburn and 35* for Adeline Preston.
