ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

The Annual Town Meeting will be held at Cyprus Hall, Cyprus Road on Tuesday 9 April 2019 and the meeting will begin at 19.30 hours.

On behalf of the Town Mayor, Chris Cherry I am writing to invite you, or your representative, to attend the meeting.  A copy of the agenda is here for your information.

Ken Glendinning, Head of Strategic Land at Homes England, has accepted our invitation to address the meeting on the Northern Arc Development. The Mayor will use the opportunity to report back on Council activity over the past 12 months.

There is no need to respond to this email however I do hope you will be able to join us.
