About RT Architectural Services

Rob Thomas joined the BHBPA recently. Here are some details about the company he runs with his wife, Sarah :-

RT Architectural Services is based in Burgess Hill and provides varied architectural services to the home owner, businesses and housing developers. Projects of varying sizes have been undertaken in Sussex, Surrey and South London.

 

As well as architectural work, the practice also undertakes work as a Party Wall Surveyor, acting as a construction / technical consultant on building projects, and carrying out schedules of condition for existing properties.

 

Rob Thomas, Director, has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Rob started his career back in the late 80’s in an architectural practice using traditional drawing methods! He has subsequently worked at building surveying practices, as well as national housing developers. Rob is currently the South East Regional Chair of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and has represented CIAT at national Government meetings to inform national legislative changes.

 

RT Architectural Services prides itself on being responsive to clients’ needs, enthusiastic about design and sensitive to environmental issues.
