Burgess Hill business has D’Signs on the future as it celebrates 40 years
Sign-writing and production company Art D’Signs has celebrated its fortieth anniversary with a special event at its premises in the Victoria Business Park.
The Burgess Hill-based business marked its ruby anniversary with a barbecue attended by members of the local business community. The Mayor of Burgess Hill, Jacqui Landriani, appeared as guest of honour.
Graham Harriott and Steve Wick, who run Art D’Signs, took the opportunity to thank clients for their continued support over the past four decades.
“It’s incredible to think we’ve lasted so long. There’s been two recessions in the past forty years but we’ve continued to thrive thanks to our strong reputation and no-nonsense approach,” said Graham.
“It’s always been rewarding to see clients’ projects through from start to finish and we’re excited for what’s next. We actually provided a car wrap for the Millennium Time Vault seventeen years ago – it’s a nice thought to think Art D’Signs could still be around when they dig it back up again!”
Art D’Signs was established in 1977, providing bespoke signs to businesses and individuals alike. It is one of only a handful of sign-production companies to offer everything from hand-crafted wooden signs to state-of-the-art car wraps.
Nick Broom, CEO of PVL UK Ltd, the parent company of Art D’Signs, congratulated Graham and Steve on the milestone anniversary. “The depth of knowledge that the guys offer is unparalleled in the South of England, if not the country as a whole. Art D’Signs is a one-of-a-kind business, and we’re grateful to everyone who turned out to celebrate with us… here’s to the next 40 years.”
