From 1st of September 2020 XBeX will be operating within the Wheelbase Garage at Victoria Way, Burgess Hill. Wheelbase have acquired the operating assets of XBeX in order that the two businesses can move forward together into the rapidly approaching electric age.
Mike Reed, co-owner of XbeX, stated that “the Peugeot/Citroen (PSA) company has expanded recently to include Vauxhall and Fiat vehicles and that as an independent specialist this potential increase in volume together with the upcoming electrification of the range meant larger premises would be required to meet these challenges”.
XbeX’s previous location within the Johnsons Accident Repair Centre was very successful but it was inevitable that a move would be required to cope with this expansion. Malcolm Johnson very kindly accommodated us 7 years ago as a start-up company, but he too now needs the extra space that we will vacate as his business continues to thrive at Victoria Gardens. We truly thank Malcolm for his confidence in us when we started out as an independent specialist and we have no hesitation in recommending his company for all vehicle body repairs however large or small.”
Wheelbase Garage, a locally owned, independent company offers a huge range of vehicle service and repair facilities together with class 3, 4, 5 and 7 MOT testing all under one roof.
Wheelbase Garage is located at 24b Victoria Way, Burgess Hill, RH15 9NF. Tel 01444 248754. Website: www.wheelbasegarage.com

"I am delighted to have a long-standing relationship with the BHBPA. Since its foundation the Association has gone from strength to strength and there is no doubt that it has brought huge benefits to its members and the business community as a whole through the partnerships it has formed with the local authorities, Sussex Police and local organisations. It is paramount that Burgess Hill businesses have an effective collective voice."
"As MP for Mid Sussex I believe passionately in the importance of a vibrant local business community in order to create and sustain fantastic opportunities that enable people to meet their responsibilities, prosper and fulfil their potential. I am committed to collaborating with BHBPA and others to be an effective collective voice for Burgess Hill."
"The BHBPA is an energetic and vocal organisation that connects and empowers and informs the local business community acting as an effective conduit to local authority and other organisations. We are proud to be part of that community and the association."
"“Sutton Winson have been members of the BHBPA for around 7 years. We have found it a great way to keep in touch with Burgess Hill businesses and to meet with likeminded people. It’s not just another “networking” group, as it tackles the real issues and gets things done”"
