News: PVL help Crawley Open House to Re-open

Posted on 16th July 2020

PVL were approached by our friends at Crawley Open House enquiring about our social distancing floor graphics. They wanted to re-open their much-needed facilities to the homeless of Crawley and West Sussex. COVID-19 has been difficult for everyone and we wanted to do our bit to support this worthwhile charity by providing these free of charge.

Glenn Stubbs, Deputy Director at COH said: “The team here at Crawley Open House would like to thank PVL for the incredibly generous donation of the signage we needed to re-open our Day Centre in a safe and effective way. Our Day Centre has only been able to provide appointments since lockdown began but now, with the easing in lockdown and our new signage, we are able to begin opening our doors again to those who in need. PVL have been kind supporters of COH before and we are enormously grateful for their continued support. They truly are helping us to make a real difference to the lives of our homeless and disadvantaged clients. Thank you.”

"If Carlsberg did networking they would do it the BHBPA way. Each event is packed with great ideas, thought provoking presentations and fun. As a small business we feel supported and part of the community. We have built friendships and business relationships and there is always plenty of advice on hand to benefit us all so don’t hesitate to join whatever the nature of your business. "

Angela Gill, Managing Director
(Bio Productions Ltd)

"The BHBPA is the most effective and dynamic business organisation I have ever worked with in over 30 years in Local Government. It has a very active and large membership whose points of view are taken seriously by all government structures. Peter Liddell does an excellent job in providing unique and enjoyable networking opportunities where members interact and discuss points of mutual interest. It provides a forum for businesses to discuss common issues, to share experiences and to play a powerful and meaningful role in the Burgess Hill community. The BHBPA provides important and credible support for all its members and ensures that their best interests are represented where necessary. "

Steve Cridland, CEO
(Burgess Hill Town Council)

"“We have been members of BHBPA from its inception, and seen the organisation steadily grow and expand into the dynamic entity it is today, bringing positive benefits to all its members.""

Peter Hook, Manager
(Computer Systems Engineers)

"The BHBPA is an energetic and vocal organisation that connects and empowers and informs the local business community acting as an effective conduit to local authority and other organisations. We are proud to be part of that community and the association."

Nick Broom, Managing Director
(PVL UK Ltd)
