Unique Haywards Health Consultancy is 33 Years Young

Cullen Scholefield, a People Consultancy based in Haywards Heath has been busy celebrating its 33rd anniversary last week and started off proceedings with a special gathering at The Talbot in Cuckfield.

Clients and friends joined the team to celebrate the special occasion.  In fact this was a double celebration, as Cullen Scholefield recently received the prestigious We Invest in People, Platinum Award from Investors in People.

As one of only a small number of companies to be awarded Platinum accreditation and the only CIPD approved centre in the UK to receive this accolade, there was much to celebrate.

In addition to offering all the CIPD qualifications, the company also offers consultancy services and coaching to companies, as well as a raft of different qualifications for people all around the world.

Since it was established in 1986, Cullen Scholefield has enjoyed sustained growth and now does business all around the world, with the Middle East, Singapore and New Zealand to name a few and just recently, Rwanda, where the first African Circle of Peers networking events was held.

Maureen Scholefield, who founded the company, attributed the company’s long-running success to its outward looking approach. “We don’t just talk the talk,” says Maureen. “I think this milestone speaks for our track record and all we have managed to accomplish with our clients for the past three decades”.

We have a first-class team who have in-depth knowledge and a wealth of experience, and I am so grateful to them for contributing to what has been an unforgettable thirty-three years. I am really looking forward to working with our clients as we continue to grow and develop for the future.”

"I am delighted to have a long-standing relationship with the BHBPA. Since its foundation the Association has gone from strength to strength and there is no doubt that it has brought huge benefits to its members and the business community as a whole through the partnerships it has formed with the local authorities, Sussex Police and local organisations. It is paramount that Burgess Hill businesses have an effective collective voice."

The Hon Nicholas Soames MP

"“I can’t speak highly enough of the BHBPA. As a small local business we feel very much part of a community and thoroughly enjoy the annual exhibition and meetings throughout the year. Over the years we have built fantastic working relationships with many BHBPA members and every meeting and event offers us opportunities to work with more. This is networking at its best! ” "

Judi Arditi, Director
(Travail Employment Group)

"“Sutton Winson have been members of the BHBPA for around 7 years. We have found it a great way to keep in touch with Burgess Hill businesses and to meet with likeminded people. It’s not just another “networking” group, as it tackles the real issues and gets things done”"

Bruce Millington, Manager
(Sutton Winson Ltd)

"As MP for Mid Sussex I believe passionately in the importance of a vibrant local business community in order to create and sustain fantastic opportunities that enable people to meet their responsibilities, prosper and fulfil their potential.
