News: Corporate Opportunities at Sussex CCC

The 2019 cricket season has recently come to a close.

 

The 2019 season saw Sussex Cricket continue to excel within T20 cricket, after narrowly missing out in the final against Worcestershire in 2018 the Sharks topped the South group in 2019 before being defeated once again by Worcestershire in a home quarter-final. The Club continue to promote youth and Sussex academy graduates within 50 over and County Championship cricket and the team is certainly progressing within the traditional form of the game. With the recent announcement of Jason Gillespie extending his stay as Head Coach and the recruitment of Australian batsmen Travis Head, the 2020 season already looks promising.

 

It is exciting times for cricket after a high-profile International summer of action including a World Cup win and an enthralling Ashes series. The excitement continued at Sussex as ticket sales once again increased year on year, resulting in seven out of our eight T20’s selling out, Jofra Archer making waves within the England set up and our ground development plans being submitted to the planning committee for their consideration.

 

Our 2020 fixture list will be released next month, meanwhile we have finalised our Corporate Opportunities for next season. I therefore wanted to touch base to see if Burgess Hill Business Park are interested in engaging with the Club for the 2020 season.
