‘Bubbly’ & Temporary Candidates for Summer!

It’s that time of year again where staff holidays are all anyone can think about! While you’re probably excited to soon be jetting off towards some well-earned down-time, there’s always the worry of coming back to a mountain of things to be actioned or followed up. There’s also the dread of those being left behind this time of year who suddenly have to become multitasking wizards and may be fretting about keeping on top of it all! Whatever your situation, we can provide you with an easy and temporary solution which keeps everybody happy and makes for a worry-free work environment!

We recruit Agency workers all year round. However, July through to September are bumper months with an influx of students eagerly awaiting some distraction from their studies, and in desperate need of some extra pennies!

With plenty of regulars, as well as the arrival of lots of new faces, we have lots of candidates available to suit all manner of job roles! Whether you have a need to cover office admin, customer services, warehouse duties, telemarketing, a bit of manual work, or even if you desperately just want to have a good sort through old files, conduct stock takes, clear out storage facilities or give the workplace a revamp/shuffle – there’s no job too big or small that temps can’t assist you with!

Temps are paid by the hour which means your spending costs on temporary staffing levels are easily trackable. No additional fees or hidden costs – everything is rolled into one hourly charge rate that takes care of the Agency Worker’s wage, all employer contributions and our margin, so you know exactly what you are paying for!

Plus for all of July and August we are giving away a bottle of bubbly to any new client when they make their first temporary booking! Just quote ‘BUBBLY SUMMER TEMPS’

"“I can’t speak highly enough of the BHBPA. As a small local business we feel very much part of a community and thoroughly enjoy the annual exhibition and meetings throughout the year. Over the years we have built fantastic working relationships with many BHBPA members and every meeting and event offers us opportunities to work with more. This is networking at its best! ” "

Judi Arditi, Director
(Travail Employment Group)

"This association was started with a lot of effort from a few local businessmen and has proved to be a very powerful and useful tool for our business. The BHBPA has influence at the top level; when action is needed, the BHBPA gets it done. We are kept in touch with all that is happening on our doorstep and will often act because of what is published in the weekly emails / newsletters."

Steve Mooney
(Steven Mooney Machinery)

"If Carlsberg did networking they would do it the BHBPA way. Each event is packed with great ideas, thought provoking presentations and fun. As a small business we feel supported and part of the community. We have built friendships and business relationships and there is always plenty of advice on hand to benefit us all so don’t hesitate to join whatever the nature of your business. "

Angela Gill, Managing Director
(Bio Productions Ltd)

"The BHBPA is the most effective and dynamic business organisation I have ever worked with in over 30 years in Local Government. It has a very active and large membership whose points of view are taken seriously by all government structures. Peter Liddell does an excellent job in providing unique and enjoyable networking opportunities where members interact and discuss points of mutual interest. It provides a forum for businesses to discuss common issues, to share experiences and to play a powerful and meaningful role in the Burgess Hill community. The BHBPA provides important and credible support for all its members and ensures that their best interests are represented where necessary. "
