CENTREPOINT, BURGESS HILL – PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED !
Planning permission has just been granted for CentrePoint at Burgess Hill – a brand new 50,200 sqft (4,665 sqm) detached high bay industrial, warehouse or logistics building.
Strategically located on the A23 corridor between London and Brighton, CentrePoint forms part of the well-known Victoria Business Park, a high quality employment area within the Gatwick Diamond. The A23 is 3 miles, via the A2300 Burgess Hill link road. CentrePoint is located within walking distance of Burgess Hill town centre and mainline railway station.
CentrePoint will be constructed to a high specification, with features including a 12 metre eaves height, multiple loading doors, and secure yard plus 69 car parking spaces. The building will include offices of 6,350 sqft (590 sqm), incorporating comfort cooling/heating, passenger lift and LED lighting. There is the opportunity for additional office content if required.
The planning permission allows for 24-hour use for B1/B2/B8 uses.
