News: Action Takes action to help WI

Posted on 5th June 2019

Hi Peter

I thought you’d like to know that we responded to your damsels in distress article…

Our sister company, Action Promote, provided Hayley and her lovely ladies at the Cuckfield WI with 100 branded lanyards free of charge.

We are always happy to help support charities that offer assistance within our communities where ever we can and as I’m a WI member myself, albeit of a different branch, this one was especially close to my heart.

In fact, our team members are taking part in the annual Cupcake Day in aid of Alzheimer’s Society on 13 June with another day of making, buying and of course eating cupcakes.  So if you need some print done, it might be worth popping in to Action Press for a chat as there will be plenty to go round!

If any of your BHBPA members would like branded merchandise please feel free to call our team on 01444 25 77 44 and our friendly team will be happy to help.

I’ve included a couple of pictures of Hayley collecting them from me today should you like to add this to your next BHBPA Newsletter.

Testimonials

"“I can’t speak highly enough of the BHBPA. As a small local business we feel very much part of a community and thoroughly enjoy the annual exhibition and meetings throughout the year. Over the years we have built fantastic working relationships with many BHBPA members and every meeting and event offers us opportunities to work with more. This is networking at its best! ” "

Judi Arditi, Director
(Travail Employment Group)

"The BHBPA is the most effective and dynamic business organisation I have ever worked with in over 30 years in Local Government. It has a very active and large membership whose points of view are taken seriously by all government structures. Peter Liddell does an excellent job in providing unique and enjoyable networking opportunities where members interact and discuss points of mutual interest. It provides a forum for businesses to discuss common issues, to share experiences and to play a powerful and meaningful role in the Burgess Hill community. The BHBPA provides important and credible support for all its members and ensures that their best interests are represented where necessary. "

Steve Cridland, CEO
(Burgess Hill Town Council)

"Since joining BHBPA we have found it to be a dynamic and vibrant members’ organisation, with excellent, regular and informative meetings.

Peter Liddell does a first class job in ensuring that members’ interests are aired and addressed.

Mark O'Shea, Partner
(Rawlison Butler)

"I am delighted to have a long-standing relationship with the BHBPA. Since its foundation the Association has gone from strength to strength and there is no doubt that it has brought huge benefits to its members and the business community as a whole through the partnerships it has formed with the local authorities, Sussex Police and local organisations. It is paramount that Burgess Hill businesses have an effective collective voice."
