Posted on 12th December 2018

If you are struggling to fit exercise into your week, Rapid Results Personal Training are here to help. A shorter, faster, more efficient workout solution is available now in Burgess Hill. These 45 minute, high energy workouts are available just a short walk away from the business parks. Launching in January, these personally tailored, safe and efficient exercise sessions will leave you looking and feeling great. No boring gym programmes and no pre-choreographed dance routines. Every session is different, and you’ll be coached and fully supervised by one of our fantastic team of qualified trainers. We are already helping hundreds of clients in Sussex to lose weight, tone up, improve strength and flexibility, sleep better and manage stress and other health conditions. We track your progress and guide your nutritional choices too.

Now we are not saying that you are meant to give up your lunch to come and crunch, but with most employers now allowing flexi time, would breaking the day up with a workout work for you?

RRPT are opening classes at the Burgess Hill Rugby Club, Monday to Friday. So why cut into your evening and weekend going to the gym when you can fit it in to your working day? Daytime workouts are a thing, meaning you can squeeze in a lunchtime workout and still have time to shower, eat and crush the rest of the day, so what are you waiting for?

We are running two taster days on Monday and Tuesday next week, free of charge. Book in and find out what we’re all about and how we’ll help you become the fittest, leanest version of you. To book, follow this link https://RRPT.as.me/bh

Visit rapidresultspt.com for more details and start the return to work in January, raring to go and with the energy and productivity to rule your whole day.

Testimonials

"I am delighted to have a long-standing relationship with the BHBPA. Since its foundation the Association has gone from strength to strength and there is no doubt that it has brought huge benefits to its members and the business community as a whole through the partnerships it has formed with the local authorities, Sussex Police and local organisations. It is paramount that Burgess Hill businesses have an effective collective voice."

The Hon Nicholas Soames MP

"If Carlsberg did networking they would do it the BHBPA way. Each event is packed with great ideas, thought provoking presentations and fun. As a small business we feel supported and part of the community. We have built friendships and business relationships and there is always plenty of advice on hand to benefit us all so don’t hesitate to join whatever the nature of your business. "

Angela Gill, Managing Director
(Bio Productions Ltd)

"“Sutton Winson have been members of the BHBPA for around 7 years. We have found it a great way to keep in touch with Burgess Hill businesses and to meet with likeminded people. It’s not just another “networking” group, as it tackles the real issues and gets things done”"

Bruce Millington, Manager
(Sutton Winson Ltd)

"The BHBPA is the most effective and dynamic business organisation I have ever worked with in over 30 years in Local Government. It has a very active and large membership whose points of view are taken seriously by all government structures. Peter Liddell does an excellent job in providing unique and enjoyable networking opportunities where members interact and discuss points of mutual interest. It provides a forum for businesses to discuss common issues, to share experiences and to play a powerful and meaningful role in the Burgess Hill community. The BHBPA provides important and credible support for all its members and ensures that their best interests are represented where necessary. "

Steve Cridland, CEO
(Burgess Hill Town Council)
