Remember to make your goals appealing
As we hurtle towards the Christmas period, many people will use the festive break to reflect on what goals they’ll pursue in the New Year.
Many will have heard of the SMART acronym for goal setting, but what does the A stand for? Effective goals are about choices, and choice is about what we want – all things considered!
