Aneela appears on world’s top Asian TV channel
Aneela Rose of Rose Media Group based in the Victoria Business Park was interviewed by Zee TV UK last week – the world’s most viewed South Asian TV network, to share insight into how she became the AWPC World Powerlifting Champion in her age and weight class this year, whilst also growing her agency. She shared her failures and learnings which she hopes would inspire others to take on new challenges. “Pushing beyond the limit set by your mind” is one of Aneela’s mantra’s which has helped her to overcome fear of failure and drive towards success, in and out of work.
Aneela says “I’m continually learning, in business and in my sport, it’s the only way I can improve. I’m regularly asked how success in my sport affects my business performance – well, they are absolutely intrinsically linked. Since rebranding, relocating and upskilling in the last 12 months, combined with mental and physical strength training outside of work, I am the most focused I’ve ever been and as a result we’ve experienced the most significant agency growth since we started out 14 years ago. We’ve been on a recruitment drive this year, new talent to join our ambitious growth journey over the next 5 to 10 years.”
