We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our small team which is resonsible for maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliation, credit control, invoicing and dealing with day-to-day accounts queries from our overseas suppliers and customers and fulfilling other admin tasks.
Ideally you will have a working knowledge of Sage, Excel and basic bookkeeping experience. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is essential.
WWe have one position available working ideally 30 hours per week. Exact hours, days and salary negotiable depending on experience.
We are a USA/Canada accommodation specialist providing accommodation to Travel Companies in the UK & Europe mainly. We work with some of the biggest and smallest travel companies in Europe and travel agency groups. We are B2B so we don’t work with the clients direct – just the travel companies. The company is nearly 30 years old, firmly established in the UK Travel Industry since 1989. The company has developed a lot in the last year and modernised it’s processes and is pursuing new relationships and growth in 2019/20.
An informal interview will be needed with CV, etc. It’s a small friendly team & a busy office.
