BURGESS HILL COUNCIL CHAMBER AND SMALL MEETING ROOM HIRE
Burgess Hill Town Council presents an excellent setting for both commercial and non-commercial meetings, award gatherings and other business related interactions. We have a luxurious large Council Chamber which can accommodate up to 50 guests at one time as well as a smaller Meeting Room which can seat up to 4 guests.
Both the Council Chamber and Small Meeting Room are available for hire 5 days a week; during office hours as well as evenings, all at very affordable prices (Commercial and Non-commercial rates are available, as well as discounted rates for charities).
Our Council Chamber is fully adaptable to meet your requirements; changing the layout from a Boardroom Style, Theatre Style, Horseshoe and so on. We also have a wide range of equipment and facilities available when hiring one of our rooms (with accompanying costs);

• Lunch can be provided for your booking on request
• Disabled access, lift & an Induction Loop (AFILS) is provided for the benefit of hearing aid users (T Position)
• Loading and un-loading ability to the rear of the property
Burgess Hill Town Council is located centrally within the Town Centre and within walking distance from Burgess Hill train station as well as alternative forms of public transport. There are also a number of car parking facilities in close proximity to the Council offices; the closest being directly behind our building (please refer to the enclosed location map). All of which makes the venue easily accessible for a wide variety of meetings and conferences; business related, charities etc.
Bookings can be made weekdays from 9am at the earliest until 5pm, with evenings available upon request. Wednesdays however are available from 10.30am onwards.
