Fundraising and Communications Co-ordinator, Samantha Norgate, is delighted to have recently joined BHBPA, representing local special needs charity, Kangaroos.
Samantha has worked for the charity for six years and in that time has seen it grow and evolve.
Kangaroos provides a much-needed service in the community, providing all year after school clubs and holiday activities for children and young adults with a range of learning disabilities and complex additional needs, as well as offering valuable respite for their families in and around Mid Sussex.
Their office is based in Haywards Heath and they hire venues in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and Cuckfield, with their long-term aim of one day having a centre of their own.
Samantha is currently seeking teams of golfers to take part in Kangaroos 4th annual charity Golf Day on Friday 11th May at Mid Sussex Golf Club in Ditchling as well as encouraging local businesses to help sponsor this fantastic fundraising event, along with offers of auction, raffle and golf related prizes.
If you are able to help in anyway, please get in touch with Samantha asap

"“Sutton Winson have been members of the BHBPA for around 7 years. We have found it a great way to keep in touch with Burgess Hill businesses and to meet with likeminded people. It’s not just another “networking” group, as it tackles the real issues and gets things done”"
"“We have been members of BHBPA from its inception, and seen the organisation steadily grow and expand into the dynamic entity it is today, bringing positive benefits to all its members.""
"Since joining BHBPA we have found it to be a dynamic and vibrant members’ organisation, with excellent, regular and informative meetings.
Peter Liddell does a first class job in ensuring that members’ interests are aired and addressed.
"
"The BHBPA is an energetic and vocal organisation that connects and empowers and informs the local business community acting as an effective conduit to local authority and other organisations. We are proud to be part of that community and the association."
