Hello, my name is Phoebe.
I am a friendly and hardworking student who is currently in my first year at the University of Winchester studying English Language. I am home for the summer for nearly six months and so I am looking for a temporary job over this time. I have nearly three years of experience in retail and so I have a good understanding of customer service and I am a quick learner. I am also a very organized person who works well under pressure. I am good with numbers and have an understanding of the Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, etc. I am also confident using the telephone and will happily speak to clients over the phone if needed. I conduct myself with a professional manner and I work exceptionally hard. I am incredibly diligent and I will complete every task I am set to the highest standard.
I am available on a full-time basis from April to September, although I would happily work part-time as well.
I will be happy to send my full CV and references on request.
