My skill set is very varied, I have experience of HR to include putting together staff handbooks, procedure manuals, employment contracts, offer letters and the full recruitment process. I have dealt with facilities management of the buildings, insurance claims, repairs, specialist contracts in addition to accounts and payroll. Due to the nature of Gatec’s business, I dealt with ordering stock, negotiating with suppliers for the best prices, stock control and pretty much everything else too!
