With the employment rate at an all-time low it is fair to say that recruiting for that perfect person has now become that much harder, as well as taking an awful lot longer than normal too. We are in a very candidate driven market at this time, with approximately 5 jobs to every 1 available jobseeker.

With this in mind we thought – why not try to make life a little easier for the members of BHBPA and showcase some of our truly exceptional candidates that have registered with us, seeking a new opportunity. All are seeking permanent work but are open to temporary assignments too!

To kick things off we have a practised and reliable Mobile Service Engineer with 5 and a half years’ experience repairing Medical Equipment. Confident in problem finding, repairing, upgrading and modifying a range of products, our candidate has learned their skills ‘on the job’ and established excellent working relationships with customers and clients alike. Open to similar positions or something entirely different which will see them working in an active environment. Available immediately and seeking £25,000.

Should your business have a need for an Administrator we have a wonderful candidate with a varied background which has seen them working within Finance, Property and Technology based companies. With experience of generating Purchase Orders, diary management, data entry, correspondence, assessments, ordering of office supplies and extensive CRM experience, our candidate is seeking a new challenge within an office environment. Available immediately and seeking £19,000.

If Customer Service is where your needs lie, we have a fantastic Customer Service Supervisor who offers a wealth of experience and knowledge within account management, profit analysis, KPI reporting, customer relations, mail order processes and stock management. A highly responsible and customer focused individual with strong IT skills and leadership qualities. Our candidate is open to a new challenge in an office environment, within a customer centred business. Available immediately and seeking £23,000.

Warehouse positions have seen a spike in recent weeks, and here we have an open-minded and versatile candidate who is looking to join a company with potential for progression. Having recently relocated to this area, our candidate is open to a challenge in any industry but has a keen interest in home design. With experience of administrative tasks, general warehouse processes, food production and homewares, our candidate is looking for an active and varied role. Available immediately and seeking £20,000.

If any of our candidates sound of interest to you give us a call or send us an email and we can pop their CV over to you. Special rates available to all BHBPA members!
